I was wondering if they are still considered profitable and if so what it takes to do them or any other information would be helpful

The way I do them is stack up good missions on my 4 agents across 7 characters then blitz all of those in one night. 300-500K LP per hour when I do them but if you only have 1-2 agent and one character to pick and choose mission without high faction standings I think you will not make so much and also I am in nz timezone so Eve is pretty dead and I can do missions unmolested.
