WTB one of the following:

Gallente Capital Pilot (carrier or carrier/dread) (needs atleast JDC 4)
Amarr Capital Pilot (same as above)

Caldari Sub-Cap Pilot (should be able to fly a tengu fully t2 fit, have good support skills etc)
Minmatar Sub-Cap Pilot (t2 large projectile guns atleast)

or mixed race gallente/amarr (armor), caldari/minmater (shield)

no industry waste please



absolute hardlimit budget: 20b (more realistic would be i spend like 15-17b, no i don't want toons for 21b)

i know it's poorly written but it's late, will edit over the course of my searchBear
