Can Not Log-on

Hello, I can not log-on to eve, the box where I type my user name and password isnt there, I still get the back ground with the 3 ships that fly by, but there is no place for me to sign-in.

Looks like your UI got turned off somehow, try hitting CTRL-F9 and see if that fixes your problem.

All I'm getting is a black screen. ISP is working. Was running Eve last night haven't had any changes to my system. Was there another update/patch whatever today?
