Honestly, the Vigil does this better than the Rifter thanks to it's 5% speed bonus. Just use the above posted fit, or edit to your liking. It will suit you fine. If you do edit it, I would consider swapping the Small shield extenders for passive shield resist mods. If you MUST use a Rifter, fit it just like the posted Vigil fit.


I said rifter because I've got a handful of those stocked already, due to their use as combat ships, over and above the vigil's use as a pointless ewar ship.
I'll consider the vigil, though.
