In case you missed it, Mittens pretty much removed all doubt of an incoming drone change; they will no longer be shitting out minerals.

If relativity equals time plus momentum, what equals relativity, if the momentum is minus to the time?

They developed the drone regions so that they can earn lot of ISk by abuilding all those stations and logistics for it to function properly... solutions CCP nerfs that.
