Agreed - I don't like either of these candidates, but it seemed Eve Radio made fun of the language barrier for what's-his-face.


It may not be entirely fair but someone who intends to represent the community of EvE should at the very least be able to speak English.

Plus if you're going to be in a debate you could get someone to translate for you...

He was speaking English. I could understand what he was saying pretty well. And i'm not a ployglot.

There's a difference between speaking a language with an accent and not understanding the people you talk to. Besides as far as I'm aware the interview was his idea in the first place and, since he didn't get a translator, he thinks his speaking skills are good enough to hold a semi-political debate. Yet they obviously aren't, sorry.

Thank you to everyone who listened in, the Eve Radio people who worked their asses off behind the scenes keeping the server from imploding, the DJ's and members of CCP who took time out to help keep the communication channels from drowning, and for otherwise just being there, and also to Mittens and Riverini for helping us put on a crazy show tonight.
