Its a gimmick ship. You want to quit eve because you cant go to iceland to get a ship you'll never be able to undock?

You realize anyone caught flying those quafe haulers are going to be suicide'd, right?

I has the same cargo bonuses a normal Iteron IV has except the cargo hold can only hold Quafe. It has no skill requirements to fly. It has a snazzy paint job and a cargo penalty, really. Functionally it's more of a liability than a tool. It's just a fun ship and yes, gank-bait. That's it.
