Yes, this is an alt.

We have five four systems to rent in nullsec. Systems are in an off-pipe pocket, are all connected to each other, and have good truesec (lots of Forsaken Hubs) with ratting upgrades installed. Two of the systems are station systems-- one refinery, one factory, both of which are connected to each other by gates.

Rental: 2b per system per month (non-station), 3b / mo for station systems.

Usage rights:
- unlimited exclusive ratting
- rights to all complexes found in your systems, right to follow escalations outside your systems
- POS anchoring rights
- exclusive PI rights (there are currently POCOs in place but you're free to knock them down and install your own, if you like)

Rental is subject to standings review (no hostiles, neutrals welcome).

We are interested provided that a trusted third party will keep the isk and transfer to you at the END of each month if we are still in control of the system ( sorry, too many scammers in this branch ).
