I shall only vote for Skipper if he commits to the following, once voted into the CSM:

-He shall collect the ragefroth of the Mitten after Thwarting him Mightily.

-He shall put bottled portions of said froth on auction through Chribba, making sure that Entity pays Double highest offer just to give him a run for his ISK.

-He shall use the (probably massive) amounts of ISK raised this way to be utterly wasted in a highly public and spectacular manner.

Highsec isn't "Safe".  Neither is it a playground for bullies and bottomfeeders. So stop complaining and start playing the game already.
