Hello Guys/Gals

Looking for a Clan/Corp/Posse (UK preferably, but not essential) that has the following:

Good Rank structure/Organised
Job Roles with Logistics/Combat/Development
Active (I dont want to be invited to a Corp with loads of people that are not kept track of (Mass recruiting is an example), no help developing its members and generally just quite).
Flexabiltiy - Real life is obviously a Priority to me as I have a Wife, live on a base and can be anywhere in short notice.
General - Fun, Friendly, Alot of Banter, Helpful and looks after each other.

I have just started playing Eve again after a long leave of absense (I am in the Military). I have started a new character (Jamie Dallocort (Not going to use my real surname) so I can re-adjust, see whats changed and re-imurse myself.

My first character - has not been played on for about 2yrs, and therefor has stuff all over the universe. Seriously I logged on and had no idea what the hell I was doing back then. I have Items, Ships ect spread all over; but have about 400/500 mil isk. I think back then I played with friends and we pirate hunted (I remember getting pod killed by pirates when i first started playing and was a little frustrated lol) - I also have alot of threatening mail on that character for those pirates we killed in lowsec who hunted mission runners/miners, or camped inside stations -think we used to lure them out and watch them panic lol. I only ever pod killed Pirate Elitists (Basically acted like C**ks), or general Elitists/Griefers who bragged about being a C**K....although my friend at the time did alot more killing then me lol.

I can offer:

Help (probs even more when im up and running properly (finished training)
Good Employee, pilot (or whatever I will be rank wise) - Basically listen to rank structure and aid the corp in whatever jobs need to be done - Realisticly I would like the corp to share its wealth with its members in return, and vice versa
Banter/Friendship/advice ect
