HS Wardec + Pos Timers

Hey,

I recently deced a corporation who had a small amarr tower anchored in highsec. Yesterday we took their tower into reinforced mode. When it hit reinforced mode they joined a dec shield alliance, and left. So i am left with an odd predicament:

-The tower comes outa reinforced in 7 hours 15 minutes and the wardec ends in 7 hours and 30 minutes. What i would like to know is if we start shooting the tower the moment it leaves reinforced and continuously shoot it untill the end of the wardec will we get concorded. Even tho there is still a current "fight" happening from the previous dec.

Please only answer if your certain and have actually tested this. If i dont get a responce i will post again under this showing my results, as im more than likly gonna test it.

You can keep shooting it because you get an aggression timer versus the POS.

What if the pos doesnt shoot back? i.e no guns?

Thank you friends for confirming that for us Big smile . Was really worried we wouldnt get a crack at the silly pos due to the ninnies alliance jumping on us. Now I have something to look forward to shooting when I get off work.

Hey all,

I didnt repost last night due to our corp not making a final decision untill this morning.

We engaged the pos last night, got it to about 15% shield before the war ended, Once the war ended everyone's guns auto turned of and stated the "You are about to engage in criminal activity". This means you cannot engage a tower during a war and finish it off as the war finishes. We however, will be keeping a close eye on the corporation we engaged. If game mechanics eventually change to the point were we can go back to the tower and finish our job off.
