Must:
* Have 5 Lvl4 RnD agents
* NOT be a tengu alt mascarading as a Datacore Farmer

Would be nice if:
* Had Minmatar Standings
* can run basic jobs on blueprints (copy/me/pe) 8+ slots

Price:

Ive bought 2 chars recently that offer all of the above and they set me back around 2 billion (6-8 mill sp)
I am flexible for the right kind of char.

Skill reqs. just needs to be able to run 5 rnd agents. pref mech and minni engi but some rocket would be helpful

budget. well i dont have on but i dont want wasted sp. dont post no omg awesome tengu pilot as data core farmer. max im interestrd in is hauler. Just want the rnd and maybe some standings to minmatar for refining
