Bounties for Ice Miners

The Kino system in caldari space has recently been invaded by a horde of 25 boosted and completely synched up ice miners. They aren't hard to identify, they all have the same name with the distinguishing, 1, 2, 3, 4.....25 in them. They all undock, dock, and start mining at the exact same time, rinse and repeat. They are a particular nuisance and annoyance to the system. They are also a blight to behold the sight of them in both ice belts. Unwanted as competition, and arrogant, loud mouthing owner in local. As well as the lag... I've made and failed in an attempt to ask them to willingly leave or reach a compromise. I am out of options.

They are in npc corps so wardecing them can't work. So, I would like to offer bounties for any kills on them as long as the system they die in is Kino. My only interest here is them leaving Kino. I could care less what they do after that. Figured this would be the most efficient way. Unless there is a better way to verify, plz let me know..... send an ingame eve-mail to me linking a battleclinic killboard of each kill (MUST SHOW AS api verified, so don't post them manually) and you will get paid.

Since they are only flying retrievers at this point, and flying fairly close together, it shouldn't be hard to kill 1 or more at a time with a simple catalyst or thrasher. I'm willing to pay 2m a kill on the retreivers and 5m a kill on the pods. At minimum, 1 retriever and the pod should be more than easy for any competent ganker, even with only t1 mods. 7m right there, plus whatever drops. (t2 harvester are over 4m nowdays)

They also are boosted by an Orca pilot who currently just floats in the belt with them. I'm willing to pay 150m for the hit on the Orca. If that is too low, let me know, I will also give 30m bonus if you get the orca pilot's pod at the same time.

Their naming structure is kind of questionable and I'm not even sure I can use the word in the forums. Basically, it uses the b word.

Mining b****1 Minerzilla
Mining b****2 Minerzilla
Mining b****3 Minerzilla
...
...
Mining b****25 Minerzilla

The Orca Pilot is... DoingUntoOthers

The owner sits in the belts with a Domi trolling local.

If my pricing structure seems low, please let me know and I can re-evaluate. I've grown weary and just cannot stand them any longer.

Please help. Thank you.

I don't think they are, I'm assuming that a synergy program is being used. Basically he can control them in 2 groups of 12/13 miners with the same 1 mouse/keyboard keystrokes respectively controlling all of them. Which has been ruled ok.

sounds like a smooth operation.

Why the h8raid ?

Mining itself is kinda silly, sounds like this guy is doing it right. I'm sure goons and bat country will take you up on the offer if it fits thier agendas... but I thought all you miners were like "in this thing together".

But a fellow miner conspiring agienst other miners... the horror.

Mining Ice, in Retrievers? It's hardly nowhere near worth the cost of a SB'ing BS to quickly take em out, much less the sec hit one would take from all the podkills.

I didn't realize this was allowed..

Quote:

Lastly, multiboxing is allowed, and programs designed for multiboxing in mind which allow a player to manually issue the same command to multiple game clients at the same time are allowed. In the same vein as what has been stated above, the player must be manually sending the commands; if a program is automating those commands for you, then it would be considered a breach of our EULA.

That means if you wanted to run a mouse cloner you can.. That sure as hell would make multi boxing my pair of Drakes a bit easier.

Grow a set and shoot them yourself. Jeez.

Also, you are better off reporting them through the Bot Reporting Tool. I'll let you Google that.

As mentioned earlier, ice doesn't run out. /ignore the troller. Problem solved.

However, the temptation of a known 25 man fleet just waiting to be smartbombed is pretty juicy.... Hmmm

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Ice may not run out... but it will certainly drive down the prices... which is of course bad for other ice miners.

But if he' snot botting, then so be it... if you can't beet em, join them.

Some people dont want to loose sec status.

Don't you think that it would be nice if there was a place to find people who would perform some sort of exploding ships service in exchange for ISK. Some place where people who don't mind loosing sec status and who like to explode ships might hang out.

Oh wait....

Jint Hikaru - Miner / Salvager / Explorer / SpaceBum In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Here's a thought, my brain-dead champ - as has been discussed here already it is pretty clear that these aren't bots, so what on earth would clicking that button do, except to waste time? It's pretty clear synergy or some other (valid) tool is being used here, so I'll let you find the way out this thread and clue up (or at least read the thread) before pitching in.

Okay? Thanks.
