Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information." < guess that means it? tried per plex and paypal but as helpful as ccp is, there's no word about your account not being able to recieve a character.

edit: as discussed ingame i will try to initiate the transfer again at 12:30 evetime (when he received another char so it should be possible then)

seems they've really some issues with payment for char transfer. anyway, it worked, have fun :)

You have chosen to transfer the character Byok to the account named x. We are currently processing this transfer. The character you are transferring will remain on your account, but will not be playable until the transfer automatically completes.
