How much tank do you need to survive C5 cap escalations?

I'm recently planning to train my characters with captial skills for wormhole use. Dreads have vastly superior DPS so I would like to warp it in as quickly as possible.

So we need a triage carrier that can:
Tank initial spawn + 16 sleeper battleships due to 2x cap escalation, while have enough rep power to keep a web loki alive.

I am wondering if a thanny have enough tank, or do I need something like a shiny archon to do something like that?

You don't have to use a triage carrier nor tank everything at once. Unless you choose to.

Archon with dual meta 2 local rep and 1 IN EANM works fine.
Tank on the carrier really isnt an issue.
