Which is actually a good thing - survival instinct serves KB stat padding and nothing else for the most part - 2000 rifters/canes/drakes died but the goal was met? K/D ratio was terrible but your alliance held ground? No nerd FC is going emo because you died and instead you get reimbursed?

Mission accomplished.

People are way too concerned about their KB stats nobody except a couple of nerds without a clue care about.

My corp recently adopted a newbie. The completely absurd questions are adorable.

Has he called out a tackle on a Drone yet?

No but we tried to blood him by suicide ganking a hulk and he somehow failed to turn his guns on and everyone got on the kill but him.

He is a work in progress.

We only reimburse specific ships fully, and a bunch of others get less (also specific fits, which is why all the killmails of oons probably look the same)

That said, having people toss dreadnaughts and such at the ~totally balanced~ titan blobs probably is easier with a bit of conditioning.

SWA is more likely to pad other people's killboards and honestly there is no redemption for the amount alts, suicides and victims going to recover our rep.

What we do however is from time to time we show up and kill a gawd awfully expensive ship more than our fleet costs.

I remember getting invited to a channel to apologize once after we sank an officer fitted navythron and podded the guy with his 2.5b in implants and hard wires after the battle was over. Not my fault he was the only -5 security guy in Razor's entire fleet. Flashy blinking red just sticks out too much among 35 people trying to kill my fleet I dunno why.

Best part is the only battleship we brought with us for that fight survived. Even though Razor tore my fleet a new one and only podded a quarter of our thirty.

Ah good ole days, slowly building back up to them again building up a library of useful materials, writing my own eve mail-able manuals free to anyone (look in my bio for information, do feel free to correct me on any point). Fleets are already getting into 30 strong again but I am seriously short on staff and other FCs to take up ops though out the week or different time zones. I only have enough time to command a pvp fleet once a week.

I also have to constantly mention to my FC in training that this isn't what a real FC would do in many of the scenarios. Things like turning around and meeting up the pursuing fleet head on. Getting a real Intel and foxhole network down and few other things.

Then again when you randomly pick where to die you often don't get that choice at times.

I have yet to give out a Caboose Medal this season, however I am thinking about making a Derpy ribbon for anytime I get a rook that died for not listening to orders.

Also if fair warning don't drop a caps on our fleets, I can't guarantee what would happen afterwards since not all of the SWA senior staff are main characters and come from various different alliances some even at war with each other. You may not know who might want to take advantage of it and some of the rooks are now itching at the idea of sinking a carrier which I promptly smacking them on the nose not yet.

I'd love to find a corp in a place like that. Can you suggest any I should contact?

I'm aware of a few lolrp corps who take a special interest in newbies. Check for them in Cultores Veritas Alliance aka CVA, as they are the resident fungus that simply cannot be removed from providence for very long.

HAHAHA, we had similar dealings with CVA. They don't like Legio for some reason. Go figure.
