Im just wondering.

This server being the test server, I do have 1 question..

Why dont you seed supers? I mean I do understand how hectic things can gey when everyones flying a titan..

So in that case, only seed like 100 - 150 of each titan and super carrier.

And only put it in the combat concented area " 6-C "

If this is a really big no way then, why not go back to finishing the builds.

Like I said I understand about the whole hectic situation. But its the test server.

Titans clearly need fixing so until you get the fixes done with them being so over powered, let us go.round flying and testing them. I mean on the other hand how will people know if they want to really buy a super / titan on TQ if they cant test them.

Please, its worth the consideration...

I bet people would get tired of seeing supers and stop flying them +1

the mirror is due in 2 weeks at the most, and people that have put a titan on build still have at least 15 days left..

How are we expected to build one if you mirror it too damn quick for the build to finish.

Please, seed them. only if its 50 per titan/super carrier.

i got to admit this does make sense. by the time the build finishes, a new mirror should be right around the corner and thats assuming it has enough time to build.

They did it long ago seeding all ships, that was a terrible mess,

Also like a year ago or something there was a mistake and the Levi/Avatar got seeded which also made a mess of the test server.

If you really want a super you can build them ( super carriers don't take long)

or buy it in tq :)

Why should I fork out for something on TQ when itll die fastet than anything else ive ever owned?

I say they should seed 50 - 100 of each titan.and super carrier

And I say PL should be permabanned for writing and using PVP scripts which is against the EULA.

Unfortunatly CCP love PL better than anyone else so that isnt gonna happen, learn to PVP dumbass

As Vin Ott remembers correctly, it's been done and it ended in the server been shutdown until we undid the damage.

This is why you can't have nice things.

What damage did having titans cause, other than everyone flying titans?

Confirming that it is a pain, I have tried to build two titans now on sisi without any luck (you patch too fast) I had 8 days left on the last one and 11 on the one before.

Can you guys not just reduce the build time by 50% say? And limit one titan per member (you know who's alts are who's).

So please tell me. off the top of your head. Why is being able to fly a titan such a bad evil thing?

Please, just amuse me for a minute, cause tbh. I see no issue here. You want testing done? seed more stuff.

With respect, that was the "everyone has max SP" event. . . .We need a way for people who can fly supers on TQ, but don't have one, to be able to test supers on SiSi without having to build one.

At the moment, SiSi can easily be dominated by any player from TQ who already has a super, we need more ways to combat and effectively test them.

The first issue is proportional test coverage, we want players to perform a broad spectrum of activities on the test server, when players are simply checking out a fit, that's all well and good, but there's only so far that benefits the quality of the finished product, drawing more players to that by exposing rare ships only serves to detract other users from trying to join in.

Secondly, a titan or super capital is more than capable of unbalancing the "Eve Arcade" mode that is loosely facilitated in the testing system, adding more of these means that more people will be inclined to ask for more rare ships because they want to balance the playing field in their favour, which means that in a hypothetical situation where we did seed these ships, there would be a precedence which which would raise expectation that we would add another ship that was highly sought after and this would be a cyclical process.

The next reason is because it is advantageous to have feedback from players who have TQ experience flying the ship that is being tested, this is because testing combat on singularity can give you a small idea of what a ship is capable of, but without the complete sandbox, its difficult to really get a sense of what is most important.

Finally, there have been no developmental changes to titans relative to TQ, which means there is no bug testing reason to make these more available.

Interesting. I never claimed that there was a "Recent change" to titans.

I said they needed a change. atm they are extemely over powered, they kill anything that moves. which quiet frankly is BS ( don't mean "Battleship"). These things are POS/Station/Capital killing ships. Not, oh we're out numbered, lets fit faction tracking enhancers and tracking links to our titans so they can kill anything on the field faster than anything else could ever do.

These ships are big dreads, they hit the same ammount of damage a dread would whilst in siege. It's complete wrong. People play this game for the thrill of PVP.

They don't pay to play a game where when the enemy is outnumbered, they drop 15+ titans in and kill everything on field. You look at every recent, large scale battle on TQ, There is atleast 1 Titan, and 1 Super Carrier in that fight.

As I put above, These ships are POS/Station/Capital killers. They don't belong in large scale PVP battles, where they can kill a noob ship, first volley, or where they can kill a shuttle, and anything above that, first volley.

and again, as I listed above. People don't pay to play a game where they be out gunned by an alliance who are largely in favor of more capitals than them. Sure, they can lose stations, but, lets be honest, if you didn't pay for said station, it wouldn't be such a problem losing it. However, You paid for your ship, and anybody would have a problem losing it cause one alliance is "l33t at PVP" cause they can drop titans on their opponent.

Nuff Said.

If you don't change the way they are, it won't fall into favor on your part, trust me.
