New to Eve? Returning player shaking off the rust?
Be part of a team, not a blob. Have a voice, be heard.
Skill points alone do not get kills. Good pilots do.

Learn to lead and FC.
Learn how and why to fit your ship.

Noir. Academy Requirements:

  • No griefing.
  • 5 mil skill point minimum
  • A passion and patience for learning
  • Willingness to PVP, to kill and be killed over a three month course
  • Mature personality and professional demeanor
  • Ability to use voice coms
  • Real Life comes first. Simply be active when you are online. In game and on the forums.
  • Applications are accepted on the 1st and the 15th. This means you will need to have finished your interview by then.

Noir. Academy was founded in September of 2009 as a response to many requests from younger, and inexperienced pilots to be taught the ways of Noir. and learn the basics of PVP.

Hi there i have returned to eve after about a year out and i am looking at joining a merc corp!
I have no PVP exp at all tbh but i will be willing to learn!an i really dont care about getting blown up **** happens ;)
if it would be possible to join up with u guys drop me a mail an we can talk in game!
At the minute i am just goin through the tutorial missions to find my feet again

The following requirements are all we ask to start. We are willing to work with pilots young and old. It is the pilot skill not just skill points that make a good pilot.

Noir. Academy Minimum Requirements:

At least 60 Days experience in Eve
A passion and patience for learning
Ability to fly a T2 frigate (Interceptor, Stealth Bomber, Assault Ship, EAF) of any race before you graduate.
Willingness to PVP, to kill and be killed
Mature personality and professional demeanor
Ability to use voice comms
Fly at least 10-15 or more hours a week.

how exactly does academy fit into the noir structure, and how do you teach pilots are they a reserve noir or do the instructors take them out to do something totally different?

Good question. Our trainers do hold classes with NA then we fly and practice. As the goal is to get into Noir we have joint OPs. That is Noir pilots flying with NA, teaching and putting into practice technics discussed. Roams, gate camps, fleet fights all done together. Team work is crucial to our success as a fleet and you as a pilot. So working together and learning how to be part of a team can not be understated.
