If player B flips player A, player A's corporation can attack player B until the aggresion timer runs out. If anyone attack player B, player B can attack whoever attack him.

this person message me a super answer which i will post here if any modz see this you can now close the thread Thanks

I was not satisfied with the answer you received to the question you posted in forums .

I am a hi-sec pirate and I know the rules of engagement well .
It is actually very easy to learn , but oddly , the carebears seem to get it all mixed up . Most probably because they dont engage in that play style often enough to learn proper .

Essentially , you must remember that Concord does not permit any type of aggressive action . EXCEPT , if someone steals your stuff . REMEMBER THAT . REMEMBER THAT . REMEMBER THAT .

Okay , now whats the rule ? ....... no aggressive acts unless someone steals your stuff .

Any items you place into a can belong to you . Concord recognizes these items as belonging to you , but also to your corporation. ( must be player owned corporation , not npc corp )
Therefore , if someone steals from your can , Concord grants you 15 minutes to retaliate against that thief . Only the thief .
The thief will show as a red color in your overview . The red color indicates that you may shoot him without Concord interference, but only for 15minutes .
Because Concord recognizes the stolen items as belonging to your corporation as well , any person in your cororation may also shoot the thief . Afterall , he stole corp stuff .
Concord does not hold other members of the thiefs corporation responsible for the thiefs acts, so then , you are not permitted to shoot any of the thiefs corporation members . Accordingly , they will not show as red in your overview .

Suppose you were running a mission and destroyed a few npc rats ships . The rat loot belongs to both you and your corporation. Should a thief steal from a wreck , both you and any other corp members may shoot the thief , and only the thief , for 15 minutes .

Of course , the thief is permitted to defend himself . But only , after you shoot him first . This is important............the thief may defend himself only after you shoot him first .
He is permitted any tools in the game to now defend himself. Bigger ships , bigger modules for example. It doesnt matter if he docks up or hides. The aggression timer will last 15 minutes after the last shot is taken by either player . Also , he may only defend himself against those players who shot at him first .
You see, it is not required to shoot .
By shooting the thief , you forfiet the protection provided by Concord and have chosen to pvp , therefore Concord will not interfere .
The thiefs corporation is not considered at all and can do nothing to help.

Ya . you say, but I saw someone else red..........first remember the rule. Then remember he can only defend after someone shoots him first .period . no exceptions........but after you shoot him, he is permitted any tool in the game for 15 minutes.

Therefore, if his friend or corpmate should arrive with a remote repairing ship or module, they may assist thier thieving friend in his defense. The helper cannot shoot you , but he can repair the thief . This friend will show as red in your overview, because he helped . You may shoot him too , if you wish, but then he too , can defend himself as well . and for 15 minutes thereafter .
This is hi -sec . Shooting a player who shows red in your overview INDICATES TO CONCORD your desire to pvp .

Remember , it is not rerquired to shoot a thief . BUT IF YOU DO , any pvp ship , module or tactic may be used against you , because you forfieted the protection provided by Concord .

As a pirate , I use the rules of hi-sec against my victims. Learning these rules has rewarded me well . Of course , these are only a few basic principles.

so only corp can help....alliance cannot

I like the answer from this DeBlade-character.
Every Eve player (who lives in Hi-Sec) should learn these mechanics.
