As the subject states I'm looking a pilot that can fly Min or Amarr Caps plus the following:

Race Specific Carrier : 4 or 5
Personal Shield and Armor skills : 4 or 5
Remote Shield and Armor Repair skills : 4 or 5
Capital Repair Systems : 4 or 5
Shield/Armor Compensation : 4 or 5
Logistics : 5
