Out of curiosity

Is there a limit to how many times X CSM members can hold office as it were? I only mention it because, eve being a small community you run the risk of a stale board if the same peopl keep getting voted or worse that they become to close to CCP and not the player base?

There isn't a term limit for CSM members. We've yet to see a CSM that hasn't had at least substantial fresh blood. Most in fact have a large majority of seats held by new members.
