How unprobeable is "unprobeable"

Let's say you have a Loki with ~200 sensor strength (I have been led to believe that the cap of sensor strength/sig radius is capped at 1.08 or something..)

What kind of pimped out skills/equipment will you need to probe it down? Would you need a couple billion in implants and all skills to V to attempt something like this, or is it doable for a more modest investment?

That would be your billion+ in implants.

Basicly, nothing is unprobe-able but you can make it very very hard for people.

It is unprobeable for those who don't invest 2 billion isk in to a set of virtue implants.

At That point they will most likely be risking more than what you have.
