Our spies discovered that a few convoys of Minmatar rebel ships carrying a heap load of viral agents are heading to one of the planets in System, with the intention of carrying out a biological attack on the populace! They must not be allowed to release the biohazard into the planet's atmosphere! I desperately need you to head over to System and intercept the convoys.
Be careful though, we suspect that they have an interceptor or two guarding the convoys as well as other nasties. But I'm sure that's no problem for a seasoned pilot like yourself.

I've completed mission and have the viral agent in my items. agent wont accept mission is complete . Don't know what else to do

I believe you have to kill all the NPCs. At least all the ships in the transport group.

Yeah if you have the virus you had to have killed the right NPCs. Petition time...

btw I have station environment disabled
that shouldn't make any difference should it ?

Station Environment settings won't have an effect on chatting with your agent. If the agent is being mean and you have the mission objective then a GM will be able to investigate and find the issue for you. A petition under Game Play -> Agent Missions in progress will get you all fixed up. Good luck!
