When I created him, Kim Jong Il had just done something daft like ordering 30 pizzas from Santa Monica or something - hence the name.

Ppl will bid according to how useful he is to them imo. He was my haul alt with the aim of training him for higher things... only I never got time for the higher things... I figure anyone who can use him fully will easily find the 500mil for the Sovereignty skill.

Thank you for contacting Customer Support. I am sorry to hear about your issue, which seems to stem from a incorrect error message being sent to you. The issue at hand is that you seem to have been logged into the character on the client when trying to make the transfer happen, this causes a error and the transfer will not go through. Please try making the transfer while not being logged into the character on the client and let me know if your issue persists.
