Only 2.8m a can? Been getting 3.5m pretty consistently in highsec. Still I'm sure it's totally worth it.

Unless my math is off or you're splitting the ISK between people, you should be making more than 2.8-3mil a can. That seems extremely low to me.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
