Cant salvagers have an 'option' to scoop cargo loot aswel after the cycle finishes, this dusnt give ppl an advantage to looting considering if your ninja looting its quicker to drag and drop compared to a salvagers cycle time. Just a little change that saves (mainly) noctis pilots alot of time and effort, especially when you have salvaged a room of about 40 wrecks and thers 40 cans sat there Ugh

just a quick thought thats all hope ppl will agree as i hate scooping cans after salvaging! lol

Wow, you are lazy!

This.... honestly its just a whine post for lazyness.

Not worth the text you typed in the window for CCP to even consider.

If it helps...just consider each can a treasure box to look at the goodies with surprise and glee. Bear

It would be kinda nice if it worked that way, but make sure you limit it to only emptying your cans (or all white ones really) and only if cans are within 2500m. I usually just loot cans as soon as they're within range since it's not that hard, but I wouldn't mind having less work to do either.

It's not gamebreaking one way or the other, I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't get added, but I wouldn't have an issue if it did get added either.

Edit: And to the nay-sayers, yeah, it is out of lazyness, the OP never stated otherwise. However it was an idea he came up with that he decided to post, nothing wrong with that since this is a forum for ideas to be tossed out.

1) tractor beam wreck to the noctis
2) scoop loot WHILE salvaging
...

3) you're in IRC

How I flew my Noctis alt:

Tractor wrecks to the Noctis, double-click them in the overview when they're in range and press a hotkey for a salvager at the same time. Select all, drag and drop. Do it a few hundred times and it flows as smoothly as if you were just tractoring and salvaging.

I didn't worry about ninjas much though. When I was running a Noctis in w-space, anyone who landed on it was going to blow it up, not steal its loot. I only lost one Noctis, and I immediately learned how to avoid making the mistake that got that one popped.

The real trick is doing this on a second screen whilst running missions/wh/whatever on another screen and still getting it to run smoothly. P
