Random Jedi Industries, a member of the non-renter, non-pet, 0.0 sov KRYSIS. alliance, is looking for some fresh blood! A limited number of recruits will be chosen from those who apply. Please read carefully and follow the instructions that are laid out...

  1. Why newbies?

  2. The reasons we are specifically recruiting newbies are pretty simple. You get to learn about PvP, NullSec politics, and access to great opportunities in our space. We get a well-adjusted, trainable pilot with a great attitude and willingness to learn. Several of our members have extensive experience in training new pilots in many aspects of the game, and we hope that the assistance and training that we provide to you now will pay off in loyalty and trust. So, if you are willing to learn, and the idea of having experienced players around to mentor you sounds beneficial, keep reading!

  3. Training?... Assistance?... Elaborate!

  4. Our training plan begins with the interview before you join the corp. Based on answers to questions like What kind of ships do you find most exciting?, What kind of ISK making activities do you find most interesting?, and What type of fleets sound the most engaging? we can identify a solid group of members within our team that will be able to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently, while also helping you develop into a true asset to the alliance. Your mentors will help you design your training plan, explain the pros and cons of different ships and different fittings, assist you in attaining skillbooks, and show you how to make ISK easily to fuel your growing PvP interests.

  5. What sort of requirements do you have?

    • Interest in PvP - This is absolutely required. It isn't 100% PvP all the time, but when we do go out to fight we will be expecting you to come along. Don't expect to sit in a belt mining or in an anomaly ratting while the rest of the group is defending you.
    • SP - There is no SP requirement. There is a 22 day toon-age requirement, though, as we are looking for people who aren't still trial accounts. Toons lower than this age can be accepted if you have some way of verifying you aren't still on trial, which most likely will involve checking your API.
    • Age Requirement - There is no hard age requirement, though the ability to conduct yourself in a mature manner is required, and so it may be taken into consideration.
    • Attendance - We don't expect you to be on 23.5/7. RL comes first. However, when you are on, if a CTA is called you will be required to attend.
    • TS3 - We use TS3 for comms. NullSec is a dangerous place and information has to be relayed quickly in fights. Being able to communicate on TS3 is a must. The software is free, so all you really need is a mic!
    • Ship Interest - There are no hard requirements on what ships you can fly or plan to fly soon. However, interest in ships that match the alliance fleet doctrines greatly improves the chances of you being selected. We want you to be happy to fly with us, and not feel forced into ships you don't like flying, so we aren't listing what those ships are. If you are truly flexible, let us know.

  • What makes you a better choice to me than another corp/alliance?

  • As mentioned, our willingness to give you hands on training is a big kicker here. Most established corps and alliances require that you already be a seasoned veteran just to be looked at. Many others who are looking for less established players are in NPC space, or are renters with little PvP experience themselves. Many people interested in NullSec suffer from a lack of good opportunities. This is a good opportunity.

We control more than a constellation of the Quireous region, where we have plenty of allies. Don't mistake having friends with the region being a sea of blues, though. There are plenty of PvP opportunities every day, as neutral gangs and enemies come to test the waters on roams.

When you aren't out fighting, you'll be rolling in the ISK. Our space is upgraded in a variety of capacities, so whether you enjoy PvE, mining, industry, or markets you'll find plenty of chances to fatten your wallet in anomalies, plexes, exploration sites, asteroid belts, grav sites, or making your ISK work for you in one of our several stations.

  • Okay, I'm sold! How do I apply?

  • Please send a mail to both:
    Plyn
    Ormus Montgo

    Mention in the mail:
    Your time zone
    Your SP
What experience you have with EVE

Optional: (We're going to ask later, so including this will speed things up)
What do you think makes NullSec right for you?
What type of PvP interests you the most, and why? (small gang, solo, large fleet, etc.)
Is there a ship, or group of ships, that you are particularly interested in flying? Why?
Do you have any real life experience that you think will help make you a better pilot? Explain.

It can take time to identify the best people for the position and to research them as candidates. The application process could take a couple of days depending on the amount of interest generated. Please be patient, and expect a mail back. Those who are selected to go further into the process can expect to be invited to have an audio chat with some of our members to help ensure that not only are you a good fit for our corp/alliance, but to ensure that we are a good fit for you.

    Thanks, and good luck!

    Applications still being accepted!

Signup while you still can! We won't be looking for less experienced players again for a while after this round finishes.
