[WTB] Dominix pilot - excellent drones - core elite. 40M SP minimum

As title states, I am looking for a Dominix pilot. What I need:

- 40M SP minimum
- Gallente BS V
- Near perfect drone skills (Sentry V, Interfacing V, Heavy drone OP V, etc)
- All Core Certificate skills at or close to Elite level (capacitor, tanking, navigation, fitting, etc)
- Advanced Weapon Upgrades V

What might add value for me (in order of importance):

- High standings with corps / factions
- Armor comp skills V
- Salvaging V
- Shield Emission V
- Leadership skills (all warfare at IV or V)
- Scanning skills
- Drone rig skill
- Large Hybrid Turret Spec
- Implants (+4's, HW's)
- Remaps
- Cruiser V
- T3 skills


What I really don't want:
- 90M SP pilot with 50M in industry
- Negative sec status (-2 or lower)
- Kill rights



I have enough money available for the right char, so show me your char :)
