Come to Fanfest and hang out with them in person! :)

I'm a pale, semi-fat, socially inept (Except for voice coms) video game nerd with a slight ocular irregularity that makes me look like maybe I should be locked up in an institution. I think making indirectly admiring and slightly chauvinistic comments in their direction is as far as I dare go.

I suppose that means I'd probably fit right in with the crowd at Fanfest!

If you're subbed on the Acct Mgmt page, you should get it soon. Until then, here's a link to it:

Monthly numbers of PLEX purchased in a month and broken down into the # sold for ISK vs redeemed for game-time vs redeemed for AUR would be cool.

I approve of this plus any other CCP females on staff.
Did I just type that? I suppose that makes me officially creepy now. Oops

Stats I would like to see in the upcoming newsletter:
Beer consumption per month for CCP
CCP team with the highest beer consumption this month
CCP member with the highest beer consumption this month
Most beers consumed in one hour by a CCP member
Most expensive beer ever consumed by CCP
Weirdest EVE idea while buzzed

See I give you fun stats to make.

That's not a bad idea at all. I'll see if I can coordinate something with Guard or Spitfire on that front.

I vote for my Research Corporation and store! Pick me!

Large volumes of highly researched Ammo, drones, charges and ship bpo's. Biggest BPO store in EVE! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=445524#post445524

I kinda like taking the surveys, and kinda fancy to see in each newsletter the results of the previous survey. That should be quite easy to implement IMO.

I wish to add my support for statistics related to EULA violations: Monthly number of first, second and third time bans for botting, bans for other EULA violations, and ISK removed from the game due to RMT. This would serve several purposes.

It would help reduce the forum whine index by showing CCP is doing work to combat these problems.
Anything that shows CCP is actively banning bots will help deter players from botting even once. Stop the botter and there is no bot.

Deterring botting is a big issue for me. At present there is almost nothing that deters a player who has never botted from doing so. No recent Dev blogs, no "eve related message" at log-in, no forum posts (actually many of those say CCP does nothing, thereby encouraging botting), nothing but the EULA that few read.

Deterring players from botting even once will also make life easier for the security team. Fewer players botting means fewer bots that they need to catch.

The results of the surveys are linked in the following issue of the newsletter. Here's a link to the collection of survey results we've compiled to date: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Category:User_research

I'll see what Diagoras can cook up. No promises, though, as graphs usually have more than two colors and we don't tolerate that kind of craziness around here.

It's interesting that you two should bring that up... ;)

There are many of us that are fully aware of what has recently happened with bots in the last 24-48 hours. Which I am enjoying thoroughly. That said, before you go releasing some dev blog or flash some number on the big screen of how many were banned at fan fest; I challenge you and CCP to tell us how many each month since the last fan fest. If you want to include where that is a bonus. I just want to see numbers for each month and/or a graph over the last year.

Please don't disappoint. Big smile
