Unable to use character creator

i am currently encountering a problem with the character creator, where after i select the race and bloodline it will no longer go further as it will just stay loading

I recommend that you file a technical petition and have one of our Game Masters help you.

Please include the DxDiag information of the machine in the petition. To run the DirectX diagnostics tool:

For Windows XP: Press 'Start' and select 'run'. Type dxdiag in the text field and Click "OK".
For Windows Vista/7: Press 'Start' and type dxdiag and hit enter.

When you do this, a window will pop up. Click the "Save All Information" button, located in its lower right corner. Once you have saved the file, you can open it and copy-paste the top part of the (not all the driver info).

Just to confirm what you are stating, just paste the system information, correct?
