Hello

I started my trial some time ago, and after finishing the first newbie tutorial I went to military career agent and did some missions (7-10).

Uhm well the question I want to ask is, in which order should I start career agents. In military path I noticed that you get to destroy many ships that you could salvage and yet there's no salvaging mission or something like that that you'd get before destroying all those ships.

So I assume there's a better order in which to start and finish career agent missions. Anyone care to share their experiences regarding this matter? Which order is better and what NOT to miss.

Oh yea, I just started this 14-day trial account to get a taste of Eve before starting for real (in few months :-| ).
I already read a gazillion guides and videos (all hail Seamus Donohue from Eve Uni) ;).

P.S. what's with this thing when after 10 minutes you finally decide your post is ok, and you click post and it disappears -.-. Thanks god I decided to CTRL-C entire post before posting. (thanks random signature from a random poster from a random thread)

According to this list: http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Tutorial_and_Career_Agents_in_Eve you will get a "Civilian Salvager" and "Salvaging" skillbook from a business career agent, so you can do them first. I'm not sure the civilian version of salvager will work outside the business missions, but you can try and buy "Salvager I" if needed.

Ah, I was wondering if there are more missions you'd do before let's say, military career agent ones. Or if it's better to do 2 missions at another agent, then switch to some other career agent if it's possible.

But thanks for linking that info, it's useful. :)

Generally there is no specfic order in which you should do career missions. You can for example do more than one mission (for more than one career agent) at roughly the same time. I think Seamus Donohue took two missions and did them one after another in a one go. But be aware that career agent missions do expire, even if you don't accept the offer.

You can do the career tutorials in any order you like but, fairly logically, it's advisable to do the basic military one before the advanced one.

As Xerces has said, you get the salvaging skill from the business agent, but the civilian salvagers you get from him/her and from the exploration agent will not work outside of the tutorial missions for which they are provided.

Probably be a good idea to run the Career Agents in this order:

Business
Industry
Military
Exploration
Advanced Military
