Cannot start Sisi through my SisiLauncher Tool

When I try running Sisi (I do have it updated) I get the following error:

"The logfile 'C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\Singularity\launcher\launcher.exe.log' could not be opened:
[Errno13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\CCP\\Singularity\\launcher\launcher.exe.log'"

Any ideas?
