Possible Price for this nice ship would be = 11 + 12 = 23 Bilion ISK

I figure most will be looking for a steal to maybe try and resell but also a handful of serious buyers who want to use the ship either in combat or to... rat in.

If I receive serious offers for the ship with the current fit then I would of course work around with the numbers. If no offers are coming in then I will probably just entertain offers for the Wyvern with a travel fit.

2 things to note; Fighters are 18mil each in jita, not 9mil, so tack on an additional 90mil.
Second, and more importantly, No, a wyvern hull is not 12B. The pure mineral value, of a wyvern hull is around 12bil, the cost of the blueprints (around a bil, if not more, depending largely on how cheap you get the bpcs for), plus of the inherent investment of running your CPSAA adds up to where usually a hull costs around 14-15bil, having your corp/alliance build it for you. Even if you do own the bpo set yourself, you're using up alot of bpcs that do hold value, that could have otherwise been sold or used for other cap builds.

Now maybe, MAYBE, he would be willing to part with it for less than it's worth, but if we are looking at the pure base value here,

about 25-26bil, based on your (otherwise completely accurate) calculations.
