Cap booster in for the amp if you feel like you can't manage triggers. Hell, if you think every rat is going to crawl up your ass, fit neutron blasters instead.

Just don't confuse my critique of your rokh fit with my defense of the ship. I think it's a horrible pve ship, i'm just aware your fit doesn't get the most out of a bad ship.

I assure you, that setup has enough tank for all level 4s because I used it myself, pre hybrid buff might I add, so it's tank is better now thanks to reduced cap usage.

1027 burst tank with almost 3 minutes of cap is plenty, in fact you could almost call it overtanked considering it pushes 750 DPS with implants and has tracking comparable to that of a tach paladin.
