Yes but there are also those that run sites by themselves. Those are the ones that are prime for a ganking.

needs 1% cpu implant, 607 dps, 4717 volley! 50km range or so.



This is how i fit my hound with ONE exception (other than the co-processor -> MAPC) so this is a fit I can recommend. How does 1 scripted sensor dampener with 40% effectiveness help you survive, wouldn't an MSE help more...? Since drones can be thrown at you up to 60km and IIRC torps from a bomber can hit at MOST 58km
