Start bid should not be lower than 5.5
Gemblog appraiser gives a value of 4.6 but that always underprices. You should be looking around the 6 billion mark as a general b/o area.

*edit - just saw the leadership and I'd hold out for a little more if I was you...nice char there! Big smile
