I'm interested, but your build price is way off.

The egg materials come to less than 10bil using Jita average, if built from a few stages down using PI.

It was build from P4 and I don't care about your numbers price has been set take it or leave it. If its so cheap to build one build it yourself. And your numbers are garbage by the way.. mind adding import / export taxes to that calculation of yours.. add to it the time you invest to upgrade all your P1/P2's to P4's and I don't think you get your less then 10b. Outpost eggs sold for 14-15b pre PI patching since then PI prices have gone up so I don't think there is any need to argue about the price.
