Greetings to everyone, i already found the eve community very helpful. A friend and me started playing eve ten days ago through the trial. We decided that we are gonna register for the full experience.

I wanna register first and then send him a buddy invite. the problem is that he is already in a trial account. Is this gonna work?
Of course i know i can send the invite to a new mail of his but he has already advanced his character and is happy with him.

We are finishing the sister of eve epic campaign right now and we want to rip the benefits of buddy reference. Please help!

Thanks

21 Day buddy invite trials require a brand new account for that trial.

You can send him the buddy invite on the e-mail he is using for his current trial account. CCP doesn't mind if people use multiple accounts on 1 e-mail adress.

Only thing that you should take into account is that he has to start a new character, you can't extend/convert any existing trial with the buddy invite.

So if you sent him the buddy invite, the only way it will work is if he starts a new account and then subscribes that account. Then you will get the reward you choosen.
