Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi, ok, so I was building a ~30d job in a pos with an assemply array from a BPO located in station.

Sometime during those 30d the pos went briefly offline and the build job stopped, the pos and the array was subsequently onlined again and the build job should have continued running, right?

When I wanted to check on the job later i could not see it in the interface, I quadruple checked all settings, all correct.

In the corprorate build queues the queue in the array question was still busy as it should have been.

Now the build time ran out and the queues are all empty and there is neither the build job showing anywhere (so I cant deliver it) nor is the BPO or the product the build job created over 30d.


Has anyone encountered a similar problem and can advise what I can do to remedy it?

At this point I would settle for getting the BPO back to produce again even if it means losing >1b worth of product.


PS:
Obviously I petitoned the issue but I havent gotten a response for 2 1/2 weeks now and each day literally costs 10s of millions in lost production so i am getting kinda desparate.
