I have been unable to find an answer to this question and am hoping somebody here can help me out.

What is the tax rate for launching items into orbit from your command center at a planet in low sec without a Player Owned Customs Office?

Also, what is the tax rate for launching items into orbit from your command center at a planet in low sec with a Player Owned Customs Office?

1. I think it is 15%
2. The player will set the Tax %. If the customs office is owned by interbus then its 17% Tax.

Since doing planetary launches has nothing to do with custom offices, the tax is always 15%

Confirmed at 15%. I was testing this out because for some reason I was thinking launching from your command center had no cost to it (why would I be paying to launch my items into space and not use the customs office).

So launching from command center: 15%
Launching to a customs office: Whatever the player sets it to, generally seems to be 5%.

Interbus base rate - 17%

Yes, cheaper to use the command centre to launch if that's your cup of tea.
