Farming Caldari Tags

I considered going to the gal/cal FW area to farm some caldari navy rats in FW complexes yet have a few questions on the viability of my plan:

- Due to regulary having business in Caldari space, I don't want to join Gallente FW. Is there any downside when farming FW plexes and not being in any militia?

- I'm aware that my Caldari faction standings will drop and I only plan to farm them until a certain point. Will killing the rats only cause my Caldari faction standings to drop or will my caldari navy standings drop as well? (I'd rather keep the latter for Jita IV-IV)

- I'm specifically after Caldari navy vice admiral insignia I. From what I've read I'll have to kill BS in order to get them, so I'll have to go for the big plexes. Is that even possible in a T2/faction frigate or will I just get jammed to hell and back whilst being killed by missile spam?

- I'd like to avoid using anything bigger than a frig because I want to refrain from using a souting alt and anything bigger is too likely to get caught in camps unless it's cloaky. What would you recommend for the specific task? (if it's possible at all - see above)

You will lose standings with Faction and Corp.

Frigate? really ? I don't think so................Blink

Wouldn't it be much easier to farm the L4 mission that drops the tags?

Ok - doesn't sound like it's a viable plan - I thought it might work because as opposed to missions providing the tags, they are available 24/7.

As for frigates - I heard that people do militia l4's in stealthbombers, so I thought it could be possible.

NVM and thanks.

Why aren't missions available 24/7???

1) Go to a region with multiple agents (you can find 10+ agents in a few jump radius a couple of places)
2) Decline missions that are not the one you want
2b) Chain the missions . . .

Repeat with a alt . . .

You can run as many anti faction missions as you want this way.
