Is there a program or website that will....

I am looking for a program or website that will allow me to input the salvage materials I have as well as the minerals I have, then check to see what items I can manufacture and how many.

I have seen a couple that will build rigs but they are not up to date. I have not seen one that will accept the minerals I have and tell me what I can build. I am hoping for an all in one program that will allow me to input both salvage and minerals, check all blueprints, and let me know what I can build.

I admit I am very new to manufacturing and so don't understand a lot of eve terms yet....so I may not even be using the correct search terms here in these forums or on google. For example in this forum, right near the top, is IPH program. But it doesn't seem to do what I am hoping for.....does it? I downloaded it and ran it but couldn't find anyway for it to take what I have in hangar and turn it into a list of what I could make with it all.

Any help would be appreciated. To programs, websites, forum threads....I have been figuring out what I can manufacture on my own manually but it takes forever and so I assumed that somewhere out there is what I am looking for and I just don't know how to find it.

MS office.

Look the rig BPOs up, add the details to an Access database. Set up a few forms so you can search by rig or by materials.
Then plug the rigs into your Excel spreadsheet, along with market data for seeing if making them is ACTUALLY PROFITABLE, compared to just selling the materials.
Also, check your local markets for what's selling. Ask locals for mission/miner fits, and make the rigs they want. For example, hybrid rigs for gallente and caldari space, armour for amarr, etc.

And in the 5 solid months of slavish labor it would take to do this properly, we all would have made at least 15 Billion each.......P
