I could be way off but I think that's right next to "Ami" which is pretty slow but there are some good fights there sometimes.

Cruising from Ami to Bantish, and then Bantish to Gonditsa and back will yield some solo targets eventually. Ami and Gonditsa will be where most of the people are but they'll probably be fleeted. Solo targets in the adjacent systems may just be bait, so kill fast.

It isn't Tash Murkon, it's Genesis, but close enough. You can also go from any of those systems to the New Eden system and check that out since it's worth making a pilgrimage there at some point. There's usually targets along the way, although they may be hunting you back.

Try RvB if you are newer and looking for PvP. As someone who has been in Merc corpse previously and used to do Low Sec camps/roams and war dec's I found that no matter what, the PvP opportunities are limited. You can log on for a few hours and no real pvp can be found, not a complaint just the reality. However if you are looking to get some regular fights under your belt (even 1v1 which is tough to find in low) RvB offers it. You can log in for an hour or two and get a steady stream of fights and there are always ppl on who will answer questions.

Hope this helps.

RVB is probably your best option. However, if you are just interested in learning some pvp, possibly train ceptors and join a null sec alliance for a small amount of time. Another low level way of starting to lean pvp, is getting a friend and duel them, or even get more friend for learning skirmish's.

I had some early game fun in 2008 at around Naguton - Sahda lowsec in my first punisher. Now with more knowledge I stick mainly to nullsec since you can fight at gates there. A good bonus is that you'll learn to scan people from anomalies with ship scanner as well as using directional scanner on belts.
