Gms have been notified. I believe the website is having issues with order processing. I've contacted my bank and they haven't received any notifications or alerts about payments being stopped or denied and everything is good on my end. I need a GM to explain to me what is wrong with character services.

Im not a GM by any means but this very thing happened to me a few nights ago. I even tried 2 different cards. Come to find out it's acutlly a known issue and even listed in one of the threads at the top of the chracter bazzar. No matter tho if you just wait till after downtime it will reset thier side and all will be right agian. Gl
