must have sec higher than -1 and able to move around all empires space.

will take a look at characters sort of 8 mil sp - 25 mil sp don't want to see uber toons or silly prices I'm after the specific type of character to add to my portfolio

positives =

good tanking skills
t2 missiles or t2 gunnery
fitting skills and support skills
pvp skills aswell as pve e.g tackling skills

budget not an issue as long as reasonable.

thank you for looking in if you reply to this please post an eve board of the character and the price you are after
