Really when it comes to hiring Mercenaries I think the best way to go about it is just contacting the CEO or a listed agent for the alliance/corp that you are looking into hiring. Do your homework, when you speak to a Mercenary group ,and don't be afraid to ask them anything, as part of the payment for their services covers there time spent with you as well. You also want to make sure you hire an alliance that will give you updates on the mission status on a regular basis, trust me there is nothing worse then handing out isk for a cause and never hearing anything about it.

Also always ask to see there kill board if you have not or don't know how to look it up if you are newer to the game. And do yourself a favor don't hire some lazy ass alliance that thinks there all big and bad because they only camp trade hubs, and the bottlenecks in the pipes. They are not mercenaries there just care bears with guns...
