A Beautiful PVP Character.

You will know what i mean if you have one

Budget is 45 Bil and i would most definatley expect it to have

Excellent Tanking skills.
Excellent Offensive skills.
Excellent Drone skills
Excellent Electronics skills.
Zero industry/Trade/Useless skills.
Not bothered about it being a titan toon but i will have a look if one gets linked.

In no rush to buy but would like to see what is available

Also might i add that a must is scanning skills.... not exactly what you would expect on a PVP toon but i need it to Hunt.

main points are all the class ships at level 5 mainly
