New toon with cerebral accelerator advice!

I plan on starting a new toon going for a tengu asap! im planning on buying a cerebral accelerator and can buy any other implants ie +4's. What im after those is a bit of advice on the best and quickest way to get the best out of the cerebral accelerator and advice on the skill plan itself!

sigh. Im asking advice on skill plans not the use of a skill plan program like evemon, im am aware of evemon and have been using it for years. Im simply asking what people recommend to get the best out of this implant.

Just learn as your normaly would all the implant does is give you extra attributes for, a month?

What you want to do, whats the toon for, when you wana use the toon ect?

If you got the isk yes, get cybernetics to 4/5 and go for +4s/5s as soon as possible, make a plan useing evemon to suit what you wana do..

Its just a month of faster learning whatever you do, nothing too special..
