Run the repair tool with the following command "repair.exe --server=SISI"

Did this from a Command Prompt (good God, really CCP?) and it ran Repair for about 1/2 a second...which means it did nothing.

Still getting the error in launcher.exe.log

I've NEVER had such issues with Singularity in 2 years........................
