Exclusive Hulk pilot prefered. Industry, freighter, orca, etc. etc. skilling strictly not desired, but I will consider any offers.

Must:
Exhumers: V
Drones: V
Able to use Strip Miner II
(The basic essentials for a Hulk pilot)

Not needed:
Refining skills
Industry skills
Science skills
Other non-mining skills
(That fancy stuff miners [and non-miners] tend to skill in)

Budget 1-1.5bil, but I will consider paying more if needed.
Will also accept in game mails, I am online frequently.
